NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I) is responsible for monitoring access to and the effectiveness of behavioural weight management services across England.

To support this, we share information about you and the weight management treatment you receive with NHSE/I.

To protect your confidentiality, the information we share is de-personalised only, which means it cannot be used by NHSE/I to identify you.

For Children and Young People on the Xplore Programme data is shared with our Commissioners / Local Authority to report on health outcomes, help understand its effectiveness and is used to track an individual’s journey through the service in order to improve the level of care offered, support safeguarding and link to other CYP services available in the community.
