As well as the chance to keep fit and active, we also provide a great opportunity to socialise and meet new friends. Senior sessions include your favourite activities as well as hot complimentary drinks, social events and much more.

Activities include an assortment of lower impact classes and sessions to suit everyone. You will have the opportunity to take part in Racquet Sports and fitness classes such as Aqua Aerobics, Pilates and much More. Be sure to stick around to catch up with friends and enjoy complimentary hot drinks as well as an array of social activities on offer including Chess, Draughts, Dominoes and Cards.
