Additional information

  • If you are on a Direct Debit and your next direct debit is within 7 days from the date we action, we will add a pro rate payment to your account to cover the period between your membership restarting and your direct debit coming out
  • You will be required to pay the fee online before you can start booking activities and using the centre
  • Annual members will be reinstated as soon as we have actioned on the system
  • You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your membership has been un frozen
