Discovery Children’s Centre is located in Battery Road, West Thamesmead in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is situated within Discovery School and Nursery. Our modern facility provides a central point of access for health services including health visitor’s clinics, stay and play activities, courses for adults and family support services for families with children aged 0-5 years.

Your local Children’s Centre Facebook and Instagram pages are full of fun videos and activities presented by some familiar faces. From crafts and rhymes to stories and activities for parents, you'll enjoy something new every week.
