Easter Gymnastics Scheme
Stay active over the mid-term break with our Rise Gymnastics holiday scheme at Belvoir Activity Centre.
Focusing on developing the core skills of gymnastics in a fun, supportive, and structured environment, helping young gymnasts grow in confidence and ability.
Across the three days, gymnasts will train in key apparatus and fundamental movement skills, including:
- Floor (shapes, rolls, balances, and basic routines)
- Beam (balance, control, and confidence at height)
- Vault (safe take-off, flight, and landing technique)
- Bars (strength, swings, and body co-ordination)
For children aged 5 to 12 years old.
Dates: 8th - 10th April 2026
Times: 10am to 12:30pm each day
