What's on for Juniors?

  • Soft Play and Bouncy Castle (only bookable in-centre):
    Our Minor Hall will be turned into a fun area filled with soft play items and a bouncy castle, for younger kids to explore, play, and bounce their way to a great time.
  • MUGA football (only bookable in-centre):
    Our outdoors Multi-Use Games Area pitch will be opened for kids to make friends while kicking around.
  • Adult and Junior Gym sessions:
    Kickstart yours and your child’s fitness journey with a free trial of the gym. Staff will be on hand to demonstrate machines and advise on the best ways to achieve your fitness goals.

 

What's on for Seniors?

  • Outdoors Pickleball:
    Try our social pickleball sessions, a fun way to stay active and meet new people. With its easy-to-learn rules and sociable pace, pickleball is perfect for all ages and abilities. Come along and discover why it’s one of the fastest-growing sports around! Equipment will be provided, 16+ Years.
  • Multi-Sports session (only bookable in-centre):
    Join in on a variety of indoor sports and games (racquets, bowls, darts) tailored to suit all interests and abilities.
  • Coffee and Chat (only bookable in-centre):
    Take a break and enoy a cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere, where you can catch up with friends and make new ones.

 

What's on for Adults?

  • Yoga taster sessions:
    Explore the benefits of Yoga with our expert coach Deborah. Find your inner peace, and feel revived and relaxed with our mindfulness-focused session.
  • Strength and Body Conditioning sessions:
    Discover our brand new Circuits and Body Conditioning classes with Paul, designed to boost your fitness and energy levels, and help you strengthen and condition your whole body.
  • Racquets Taster sessions:
    Try out different racquet sports, such as badminton, pickle-ball, or table tennis. Whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or just looking for a casual hit, social racquet sports are the perfect way to stay active and connected. Equipment will be provided, 16+ Years.
  • Gym sessions:
    Kickstart your fitness journey with a free trial of the gym. Staff will be on hand to demonstrate machines and advise on the best ways to achieve your fitness goals.

 

Just get into a comfortable exercise outfit, grab a towel and a water bottle, and come around.

Notes:
Some sessions will only be bookable in-centre, either ahead of the time, or on the day. Just speak to our staff at reception.
Racquets/pickleball sessions will be bookable as "Social Badminton Club".
