Get ready for an upgrade -  We're refurbishing Ballysillan Leisure Centre.

Your feedback means a lot to us, and we're excited to announce that we'll be starting a major refurbishment of the gym and reception area at Ballysillan Leisure Centre.

The work will begin on Monday, 15 September and is expected to be completed by Wednesday, 8 October 2025.

You'll soon be able to enjoy some fantastic new changes to improve your experience:

 * For Gym Users:

We're expanding our gym floor to give you more space and adding a dedicated functional area, with some exciting new pieces of equipment.

 * For Pool and Swim School Customers:

We're creating a brand new welcome area where you can grab a drink, relax, and watch the action in the pool from a comfortable seat, via a new camera relay system.

What to Expect During the Refurbishment

We've planned the work to minimise disruption and keep you active. The gym will stay open as usual, but you may see some work happening. 

The entrance and reception desk will be in a temporary location from September 15th to September 26th, and pool viewing will not be available during that time.
