Girdwood Community Hub is inviting everyone to "Try Something New" this season with a fresh line-up of fitness and sporting activities designed to encourage health, fun, and community connection.

For those looking for a more casual way to get moving, we’re also offering a range of drop-in sports sessions including badminton, pickleball, and basketball. These sessions are perfect for trying something different without needing a long-term commitment.

Additionally, open day gym sessions are now available for both adults and juniors, providing flexible opportunities for the whole family to stay active. 

Saturday 22nd November:
Adult & junior gym sessions running from 10am - 4pm
Dance Fitness class 12pm - 1pm with our Fitness Instructor Carlos

Sunday 23rd November:
Adult & junior gym sessions running from 10am - 4pm
Adult strength & conditioning class 10:30am - 11:30am
Adult drop in badminton, pickleball & basket ball 10am - 1pm
Junior drop in badminton, pickleball & basketball 1pm - 3pm

All activities can be easily booked through the Better UK app or via our website. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, there's something new for everyone at Girdwood Community Hub.
