At Shankill we offer a space to play football whatever the weather.
We have two separate pitches, marked for five a side and six a side football or futsal.
We also have showers, vending facilities, car parking and a viewing gallery for spectators.
Booking slots are limited due to high demand.
FUTSAL AT SHANKILL
In partnership with Irish FA Shankill Leisure Centre is proud to be one of the leading venues for Futsal in Northern Ireland.
Futsal is a fast paced alternative to five a side that is played within the line markings, with larger goals and a reduced bounce futsal ball.
As well as facilitating IFA International teams training and matches, and the foundation development programmes, we also offer the facility to our customers for booking.
DANDERBALL
In conjunction with BCSDN and Sport NI Active Communities coaches Shankill runs a free programme of Danderball.
Danderball is a slowed down version of indoor football aimed at players over 50 that still have a passion for the game.
Our programme runs on Wednesdays from 10.00am-11.00am.
Booking is not required. Just drop in and have fun!
