You can now find 3 new pieces of equipment the neutral grip pulldown bar, fixed Tricep pushdown and rotating Tricep pushdown to be used with the Dual Cable Machines and our Lat pulldown as well

Training your upper back is one of the most important areas of your body to strengthen. Having a strong upper back not only helps increase performance across the board in the gym but it helps to improve quality as it can help to correct posture decreasing the likelihood of upper back/neck pain. The neutral grip attachment for the Lat pulldown is a great way to mix up your back training. The neutral hand position allows you to focus in more on the major muscles groups such as the Latissimus Dorsi, Rear Deltoids and Rhomboids with reduced activation of the biceps. If you’re looking to build your upper back and feel like you over use your biceps when trying to pull the bar down then this alternative is the one for you! Alternatively you use this bar on either the Dual Cable Machine or the pin loaded Low Row and this will help to further develop your Rhomboids and Rear Deltoids.

Your triceps makes up nearly two thirds of the muscle mass in your arms and need just as much if not more work to help make sure that you create symmetry as well as offsetting muscular imbalances. With the addition of two new Tricep attachments we can help take your training to a new level. The fixed pushdown handle is great for those heavy working sets, and the rotating Tricep pushdown handle helps get that extra contraction at the bottom of the movement.
