JUNIOR FITNESS CLASSES
Our junior classes are tailored specifically for 11-17 year olds. They feature a mix of classes for teenagers who want to give everything a go including Cardio, Strengh and Conditioning and Mind and Body classes.
GYM FLOOR CLASSES
Smaller groups for greater focus. These classes take place on the gym floor and offer intense training with a real focus on exercise technique. Using a range of equipment and body weight the classes include, Strengh, Strengh 50+, Core conditioning, HIIT and Functional Fitness.
