STAR Hub proudly sits at the heart of the Splott, Tremorfa, Adamsdown and Roath communities. This state of the art facility includes an accessible swimming pool which costs a number of sessions including the Better Swim School. Our spacious gym houses all new Technogym equipment – including a Functional Fitness frame to allow for fun and challenging adaptation of traditional workouts. Of course, any Better facility would not be the same without our ever popular fitness classes which day place every day. You can also take a break and enjoy a light refreshment at the café.
