The Pools Swimming and Health Centre

The Pools Swimming and Health Centre, located in Carlisle's city centre, boasts 3 swimming pools, Our 25m, 20m and 10m pools have a huge variety of sessions. We also have the Better Swim School which teaches hundreds of children to swim each week. Our Gym and Victorian Health suite offers 30 stations of equipment with membership starting from just £20 per month with no contract with the brilliant Health Suite which includes a sauna, steam room and ice cold plunge pool.
