Adult Lessons New for November 2025

Trinity Leisure Centre is delighted to announce the new addition to its swim school programme with the introduction of adult lessons! Starting November 2025, the new lessons are designed to help adults of all ages and abilities stay active, learn new skills, and connect with others in a supportive environment. 

Whether you’re new to swimming or looking to refine your technique, Trinity has you covered with professional adult swimming lessons right on your doorstep. No matter your age, our friendly teachers will help you enjoy a whole new world in the water.  

Lessons will run on Tuesday evenings with 2 options available, beginners & improvers. All sessions will be led by fully qualified instructors, with a focus on inclusivity, safety, and fun.

It’s never too late to learn to swim & here’s why: 

Life-Saving Skill:

Swimming is a critical life skill that can prevent drowning.
