Our Adult and Junior gym sessions offer a great opportunity for families to stay active and spend quality time together. These sessions are for adults and juniors to train together so parents can bring their child (maximum one child per adult) and support/supervise them during their workout.
All attendees must book their session in advance. The junior must be supervised and accompanied at all times if 9-15 year old.
Ages: 9-15 years
Session Days/Times:
Monday - Wednesday- 5.30pm-6.30pm
Saturday & Sunday - 3.00pm - 4.00pm
(During holiday periods we also offer the following additional times: Monday to Thursday 5.00pm-6.00pm, Friday 3.00pm-4.00pm)
Price: Junior Member £0.00, Junior Non Member £5.00, Adult Member £0, Adult Non Member £10.00,
Supervision: Please note that the adult/parent must actively supervise the child at all times and takes responsibility for the child’s conduct and safe use of machines. Only children between 9-15 yrs are permitted in the session and it is limited to one child per one supervising adult. If an adult is found to not be supervising or the child is misusing gym equipment or misbehaving then both parties may be asked to leave.

- Treadmill speed limit (Max 8.0)
- Treadmill incline limit (Max 6.0, but depends on speed)
- Rowing machine level (Max 5)
- Rowing machine RPM limit (Max 30 RPM)
