The Hive Stands Up To Cancer!

The Hive is pleased to announce that we will be supporting Cancer Research UK's Stand Up To Cancer campaign. The Centre will be offering wristbands and pins enabling people to show their support and provide a donation towards a worthy cause.

Just a small donation can make a big difference! Raising as little as £10.00 can fund a simple microscope bulb to illuminate new ways to beat cancer. To quote Cancer Research,

"This vital bit of kit lets our scientists look for crucial clues about cancer in precious samples."

The Hive is also introducing member challenges to help promote this further! The Plank and Wall Sit Challenge; participants will need to hold each position one at a time for as long as possible, the times will then be combined with the highest total being declared the winner. Entrants will simply need to make a £2.00 donation to put them in with a chance of winning great prizes including a free months membership or a selection of "Better" merchandise.
