Launch of Parkinson's UK Gym & Fitness Sessions

The Rainbow Leisure Centre has teamed up with Parkinson's UK to offer gym and fitness sessions to those people living with the condition in the Borough of Epsom & Ewell.

A free taster session will take place on Wedneday 24th April from 2-4pm, welcoming those living with Parkinson's and their partners/carers, if they also wish to attend. The first hour will consist of the fitness session, with the second hour allowing participants and partners to socialise with free tea and coffee on offer.

Our qualified Fitness Instructor will work with the group for 10 weeks to determine a fitness program to suit individuals, utilising the Club area, which provides lower resistance machines and quieter floor space.
