Here at Rainbow, we have a variety of exciting activities for juniors to enjoy.

Whether you are looking for activities in the pool, sports hall or gym, we have something for everyone!

Swimming can be enjoyed by juniors of all ages at Rainbow.

Our teaching pool caters for younger children who still require adult supervision, with it's 'beach entry' and a deep end depth of 0.9m.

We hold Wet 'N' Wild sessions in our main pool on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, with floats, balls and sink rings.

Junior Gym

Our Junior Gym membership is available for 11-15 year olds and allows access to our fitness centre during Junior Gym hours, as well as access to the swimming pools and badminton courts (off-peak hours only).

Junior Gym sessions run at the following times:

Monday - Friday: 15.30 - 17.30

Saturday & Sunday: 10.00 - 15.00

Junior Gym sessions are monitored by our experienced Fitness Instructors, who also provide a mandatory junior induction before a junior member can start using the gym.  This induction outlines the safety rules and equipment that can be used by junior members.

As well as the fitness centre, we also have activities in the Sports Hall during these hours.  Badminton, basketball and other indoor sports will be available for junior members who would prefer to play games with friends rather than utilise the gym equipment.

Rainbow run Judo courses on Tuesday afternoons in our activity room.

There are 2 levels, one designed for 5-8 year olds and the other for 9-13 year olds.

5-8 year old sessions run on Tuesdays at 16.00 and 9-13 year old sessions on Tuesdays at 17.00.

Sessions run throughout school term time and you can join at any time.  Payment is made in blocks of 14 sessions.
