Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy deep cleaning, updating systems and signage, training our new team, and getting everything ready to re-open.

Memberships and Prices
Are discounted memberships be available?
Yes. We offer a range of discounted memberships for a variety of customers in the community; disabled people, concessionary recipients, older people (aged 66+), students, juniors and public sector employees. All our memberships can be found online with full details, costs and proof required to set up the membership. Find out more here.
You can join from Thursday 31st July online.
When will prices and memberships be released?

Will there be a special deal for previous members?
Anyone can sign up for a Better Health membership before 7th September, and get £15 off your first payment with code COL15. Memberships are available from Thursday 31st July.
Opening Information
What will the opening times be?
The opening times at both leisure centres are:
Monday-Friday | 6.30am - 9pm
Saturday and Sunday | 8am - 6pm
Please be aware of revised opening hours at Birchwood Leisure Centre on Thursday 31st July and Friday 1st August — the centre will be open from 9am to 6pm on both days
Activities
Will Yarborough Leisure Centre still operate the EGYM equipment?
Yes the EGYM equipment is still at Yarborough Leisure Centre. When you visit bring your band with you and we can update your details if required. More information about EGYM can be found here.
How long are the swim sessions?
When booking a swim session the allocation is for 50 minutes but this will not be enforced if the pool has capacity.
Will Aqua Aerobic classes continue in the new programme?
Yes, we plan to offer a number of classes over the week. The names of some fitness classes may change slightly but the content will remain the same. As soon as the full fitness class programme and timetable has been agreed and confirmed, we will publish on the individual websites closer to the reopening date.
Will junior gym sessions be available?
Yes, we plan to offer a number junior gym sessions over the week. As soon as the full programme and timetable has been agreed and confirmed, we will publish on the individual websites closer to the reopening date. Please note juniors are between the ages 11-17 to use the gym.
When will club bookings be available?
We are in the process of accepting club bookings for both centres. If you are a club and interested in booking space at either centre please email the centres directly below:

Will the Immersive Group Cycle reopen at Birchwood Leisure Centre?
Yes, the Immersive Group Cycle Studio will be up and running when the centre reopens on Thursday, 31st July. As soon as the full fitness class programme and timetable has been agreed and confirmed, we will publish on the individual websites closer to the reopening date.
Will the Soft Play and Clip 'n Climb reopen at Birchwood Leisure Centre?
Yes, both the Soft Play and Clip 'n Climb will reopen at Birchwood Leisure Centre from 31st July.
Enjoy Soft Play and Clip 'Climb for free from 31st July - 3rd August. We strongly advise that you book in advance for these sessions. Bookings are available now via the button below or download the Better UK app for a quick and convenient way to book all sessions.
