Why learn to swim as an adult?

Swimming is a valuable skill to have and it’s never too late to learn. Our beginners adult swim classes are great for your physical and mental wellbeing too, as well as being a low impact option for those who need to go a little easier on their body.

Dates and times

Finchley Lido Leisure Centre will be offering Adult Crash Courses between the below dates and at the below times:

  • Monday 26th - Friday 30th May

Foundation - 10:00AM – 10:30AM
Foundation - 10:30AM – 11:00AM
Development - 10:30AM – 11:00AM

Each crash course will consist of five lessons on consecutive days, lasting 30 minutes per lesson.
