This year's Mental Health Awareness Week is themed around body positivity and we're asking our members to celebrate their bodies!

Throughout the week, we've turned the mirrors in Studio 1 into our #SelfLoveMirror, so we want you to join in by grabbing a pen, heading down to Studio 1 and writing what you love about your body! 

Don't worry if you can't make it down to the centre: head over to one of our social media pages and let us know what you love about your body. We'll make sure it makes it up on to the #SelfLoveMirror!

We know that exercise is super helpful for your mental wellbeing, so we're also helping you help your friends by offering you a Bring-A-Friend pass this week. If you want to bring your friends in to try the health and wellbeing facilities at the centre, just drop us a message on our social media, e-mail us at or speak to a member of staff in centre!
