Do you have a passion for sport and fitness? Are you interested in a job or career in the leisure, sport and fitness industry? Then come along to our Croydon Leisure Centre Recruitment Open Day being held at Waddon Leisure Centre on Wednesday 13th April 2022 from 13:00-19:00.

This event will showcase the range of positions we have available and for us to discuss the job roles in more detail. We’ll work with you to find the right job  based on any previous experience, qualifications and skills. Furthermore we’re teaming up with the brilliant Croydon Works team so you'll be able to pick up information on additional recruitment services across the borough. 

We will be conducting interviews for all roles and holding swim tests for Lifeguard positions on the day. As such, please do bring with you a copy of your passport and a copy of your qualifications. Please also bring swimming kit if you're interested in the lifeguard positions.

We are also proud to be funding courses for you to gain the qualifications that you may need for certain roles, providing nationally recognised awards. To get started in your new career, all you need is commitment, and we will take care of the rest.

  • *Recreation Assistant (Lifeguards)
  • Swimming Teachers
  • Fitness Instructors
  • Trampoline Coaches
  • Fitness Class Instructors

*If it’s a lifeguard role you’re interested in we’ll be running a funded lifeguarding course on 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 29th and 30th April at Waddon Leisure Centre. We would very much recommend making yourself available to attend if invited.
