Restart a Heart Day
Join us at Thornton Heath Leisure Centre on Thursday, 16th October 2025 for Restart a Heart Day - a nationwide initiative that aims to raise awareness about cardiac arrest and teach lifesaving CPR skills to as many people as possible.
In partnership with the RLSS we’ll be offering free CPR training sessions throughout the day. Whether you're a complete beginner or just want a refresher, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain the confidence and skills that could help save a life.
What to expect:
- Hands-on CPR training with mannequins
- Information on using a defibrillator (AED)
- Friendly, knowledgeable NPLQ qualified staff
- Sessions suitable for all ages (4+)
No booking required – just drop in and take part!
