PHYSICAL ACTIVITY SESSIONS

Free Family Swimming and Sports

We’re proud to be a long-standing partner of the Council’s holiday meals programme, which provides free lunches to children entitled to free school meals during the holidays.

This Easter, we’ll be giving 1,000 of these families a free swim voucher for up to 4 people when they collect their holiday meal from our libraries and adventure playgrounds. In partnership with the Council we’ll also be giving away over 500 family sports packs, each consisting of assorted sporting equipment.  If you have primary aged children that are entitled to free school meals, your school will have written to you with details of how to request a sports pack.

What’s more, everyone who receives a holiday meal in the week commencing 12th April will also receive a free adult and child swimming voucher

That’s hundreds of sports packs, and thousands of swim vouchers – all to help families get active again after lockdown.
