Meet Ashia, another new addition to the Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub family! 

"My name is Ashia Thompson.
I have worked in the Fitness Industry as a Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years at various Fitness and Leisure Centres.

I teach Aerobics,Step/Sculpt, Body Conditioning, TBC, LBT, Power Pump, Spin, Chair Exercise.

Thursday Night I teach Step Aerobics.
This is a fun workout stepping on an off a box, using different arm and leg sequences, challenging coordination, boosting heart rate and breathing and strengthening muscles.
I love music, so like to use dance music in my classes.
I encourage everyone to work at their own level giving options for all the exercises during the class

Thursday Night LBT
You will focus on a combination of different exercises to tone and strengthen the lower body,
Legs, Bums and Tums
Using your own body weight, or adding resistance bands, dumbbells, weighted bars and core Sliders to work up a sweat.
I will give plenty of options throughout the class encouraging you to work at your own level.
Working out to upbeat music will help to keep you motivated.

Saturday mornings I teach Aerobics.
I like to create a party atmosphere with upbeat 90’s dance music through to the Ministry of Sound Mixes.
I’ll teach a combination of rhythmic aerobic exercises with strength training routines, stretch routines, improving all elements of fitness.
I encourage participants to work at their own level, High Impact, Low Impact, demonstrating the options throughout the class.
I want people to leave class feeling energised and wanting to book for another class@
