Are you ready to celebrate World Mental Health Day and World Pickleball Day in a fun and healthy way? Join us at Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub on the 10th of October for an exciting open day to have a go at this fast-growing sport, and also take some time to self-reflect and tune out of your busy City life. 

From 1pm to 4pm, we invite everyone, regardless of your age or experience level, to drop in and try your hand at Pickleball. Never heard of Pickleball? It's a fantastic and inclusive sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. It's easy to pick up and loads of fun to play, making it a perfect way to get active and socialize.

 Our experienced Pickleball enthusiasts will be on hand to provide guidance and introduce you to this exciting game. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, pickleball is a sport that anyone can enjoy. Come alone or bring your friends and family for a memorable day of active recreation.

But that's not all! At 3pm, we will be offering a free mindfulness workshop suitable for all ages. In today's fast-paced world, taking a moment to focus on your mental well-being is essential. Our workshop will teach you practical mindfulness techniques that can help reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance overall mental clarity. It's a wonderful opportunity to discover the benefits of mindfulness and incorporate it into your daily life.
