Social Pickleball has landed in another centre in Hillingdon!

Pickleball is played on a badminton-sized court, with a tennis-style net and players use paddles similar to bats seen in table tennis.

Join us at Botwell Green on Monday evenings at 6.50pm and 7.50pm for fun, friendly sessions.

Free for Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre and Hillingdon Partnership  members

Pay‑as‑you‑go players welcome too!

You don't need to bring anything - we supply paddles and balls - unless you want a friend to get involved too!

If you are new to Pickleball this is a great opportunity to discover why it's a great sport:

  • It’s easy to learn
  • The rules are simple, the court is small, and the paddle/ball setup is beginner‑friendly. Most people can pick it up in 10–15 minutes, even if they haven’t played racket sports before.
  • Inclusive for all ages and abilitiesPickleball is low‑impact and doesn’t require extreme fitness or strength.

It works well for:

  • Older adults
  • Families and mixed‑ability groups

Pickleball is a great workout that doesn’t feel like exercise.

People often say they’re having so much fun they forget they’re doing physical activity. It helps improve:

  • Cardio fitness
  • Balance
  • Agility
  • Coordination
