Lesiure centres across Lambeth have improved their Toddler's World and soft play offers to now include a range of sensory equipment. The equipment, funded by the Sports Inclusion Fund, is designed to stimulate children with autism and special educational needs but will also be exciting and enjoyable for non-disabled children. This is set up in our playzone area.
Sensory equipment is essential for developing your child's awareness of the world around them and helps them to learn and respond to different stimuli.
The new equipment includes:
- Colourful liquid floor tiles
- Giant soft building blocks
- Giant bean bag
- Textured bean bags
