From Swimming for all the family, learn to swim short courses, gymnastics and junior gym, there’s something new for young people to do every day at Canons this half term between Monday 24th - Friday 28th October 2022.

Swim For All

No matter your fitness , ‘Swim for All’ sessions are perfect if you’re looking to build your confidence, work on strokes, float away stress, or simply enjoy a casual swim with  family and friends. ‘Swim for All’ sessions are suitable for all ages, in pools across Merton. Swim School Short Courses:

Our lessons are suitable for children 4 years and over. Teaching the essential swimming skills to ensure they learn to be safe in and around water. These courses cover basic techniques for all 4 strokes if you’re a beginner or improving. Book here

 

Junior Gym/Adult and Child sessions: 

A structured, specifically catered introduction to the gym. Our Level Two Qualified Fitness instructors will give 11-17 year olds a programme to meet their individual goals, including learning how to use cardiovascular and core strength equipment. Junior Fitness Classes:

New junior fitness classes available for our junior customers offering a variety of classes for the mind and body, dance, cardio, and Strength and conditioning. Classes will run daily at 10:00 & 16:00 (Monday-Sunday). Book online here online or download our BETTER app on your smartphone.

Toddlers World: 

Soft play is great fun for little ones and gives them time to let their hair down, play with new friends but most importantly, enjoy themselves!

Canons HAF Activity Programme - HAF Programme October 2022

This programme provides free places for a number of sessions for children and young people who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals. It is part of the government’s expanded Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme which is being delivered across the country in the main school holidays, offering activities and nutritious meals at no cost for eligible children. Places are limited.
