To celebrate International Yoga Day, we are running a special Yoga session that will be absolutely free to non-members and members who do not have fitness classes included in their membership.

The session will be run between 13.30pm - 14.30pm in the Activity Room, and will be hosted by Debbie.

The session will be structured as 45 minutes of 'yin yoga' and then 15 minutes of guided relaxation and meditation to finish of the session.
