1993 was a special year for us and we want to celebrate our birthday with a variety of 90s themed events across Waltham Forest leisure centres to mark our 30th birthday weekend on the 22nd and 23rd July.

Our pools will be playing 90s pop music during the Swim For All sessions listed in the below table and Leyton Leisure Centre have invested in some extra inflatables. Leytonstone Leisure Centre and Walthamstow Leisure Centre will have challenges in the gym around the number 30. Each centre in the borough has converted one group exercise class into a 90s pop music or 90s garage theme and customers are enjoyed to wear retro exercise clothes. These sessions will still have the normal fees associated but did you know Waltham Forest residents under the age of 18 get free swimming during the school holidays. What else to expect? There will be decorations in centres, some locations will be doing a birthday card competition for the little one and if you are lucky you may even get some cake.

We look forward to celebrating operating the leisure centre in Waltham across the weekend of 22nd and 23rd of July with the people who make the work so enjoyable.
