On the 17th of September, from 11am to 2.30pm the Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre will be showcasing the range of activities in the borough that are inclusive or specifically for people with disabilities. The chosen activities link to services in the borough.

Bikeworks will be providing adaptive cycling on the track which links to weekly Saturday session at Jubilee Park. If you are fan of cycling, you might also want to attend Tour De Waltham Forest on the 28th September which starts and finishes in Lloyd Park.

Sport For Confidence are a close partner and have 8 weekly sessions at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre on a Wednesday and Thursday. More information on their programme is shown here and many of the free sessions for Inclusive Activity Day are on the same day and time.

Additional local partners will be having information stalls to signpost to other Waltham Forest services or activities. The stall holders include Sense, Waltham Forest Council’s Sport and Leisure team, and Empowering Deaf Society.

If you want a faster entrance, we recommend pre-booking which is available from the 11th of September but we will be welcoming everyone on the day. One booking covers all activities. For frame running and adaptive cycling on the track depending on demand you may need to agree a specific timeslot. The latest event timetable is below.
