Project Zero is back!
Free Weekly Non-Contact Boxing Sessions for Juniors at Better Gym – Stadium Place
Project Zero, in partnership with Waltham Forest Spaces4All, L&Q, Walthamstow Stadium Community Sports Trust, and Boxing for Life, is proud to launch a brand-new programme of free weekly non-contact boxing sessions for juniors.
The sessions will take place every Wednesday from 4pm to 5:30pm, starting on Wednesday 17th September and running until Wednesday 3rd December (with a break during October half-term).
Hosted at Better Gym – Stadium Place, the programme aims to give young people the chance to develop their fitness, discipline, and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment. All abilities are welcome, and no prior boxing experience is required.
The sessions will focus on teaching the fundamentals of boxing - footwork, coordination, technique, and conditioning - without any physical contact. Alongside fitness benefits, the programme also provides young people with a positive space to socialise, learn new skills, and grow in confidence.
Participation is completely free of charge, thanks to funding from L&Q and the support of local partners. Juniors are simply asked to wear comfortable sports clothing and appropriate footwear, and to bring along a water bottle.
