As a valued Better customer, I’d like to thank you for your continued support for our social enterprise. Your custom makes a huge difference to the communities we serve. In the last year we have continued to invest in our communities and people to give you an affordable and good quality service that meets your needs. 

Like most businesses, we are facing increased costs through inflation and the utility costs that have increased twofold and have had to act on to support our services. Following the Government’s announcement regarding the cap on wholesale energy prices for businesses, it was necessary as we entered the winter period that a price increase to all activities would be implemented.
