Join us for our Spring Open Day
Come down to our free open day of fun, with a variety of fitness activities for you and your family and friends to enjoy, Saturday 29th April 2023!
Any non-members attending will need to simply create a free membership in advance here https://bookings.better.org.uk/register to then be able to book into any of the free sessions and will give easy access to the centre on the day. Booking is essential for both members and non-members and sessions can be booked up to 6 days in advance of the open day.
Better Gym Walthamstow Stadium will host a day of fun fitness activities for the local community to take part in and enjoy. If you are an existing member feel free to bring along friends or family members to experience this day with you. If you have never been to our centre before, this day is especially for you!

Fitness classes
A variety of group fitness classes will be provided for you to join in, from HIIT to Core Conditioning sessions which will give you a taste of our centre programme and insight into the results you can achieve here.
Gym floor fitness sessions
Don’t worry you are not obligated to join the group fitness classes, you are free to work out alone or alternatively, you can have a 1-2-1 session that will also give insight into the results you can achieve with us. We call the 1-2-1 sessions Body MOTs and our Personal Trainers will spend a short time taking you through a fitness assessment on the day. The information you get from the Body MOT will give you a guide to where your fitness levels are – a great starting point for some and a chance to refocus for others.
Train in a pair
Adult and juniors can come along and train together too, as we have different fitness zones available to try and offer a fun and exciting workout for all. To add to a great time we will deliver an adult and junior-focused fitness class, led by one of our Fitness Managers
Junior fitness class and training sessions
Our junior sessions are available for ages 11 - 17 years. If your junior is new to the gym and has a membership there will be a junior fitness class to help keep them motivated and also give them the opportunities to meet other like-minded juniors.
Join the challenge and win!
On the day, there will be mini gym challenges where you will have the chance to test yourselves and each other. The winner will receive a prize and be congratulated on social media.
