Thanks to a partnership between Kefir and The Work Perk we gave away 3 palates of free yoghurt at our Waltham Forest centres for customers and staff.

The free Rubie Raspberry Biotiful gut health yogurts from Kefir are advertised as high protein so an ideal way to supplement a good work out in our centres.

Did you try any? We would like to know your thoughts so we can pass them on to the manufactures.

A few customers talked about their excitement to try them, but we want more responses after having ate them.

Some quotes from people so far:

“I’ve heard it’s good for you can’t wait to taste it when I get home and I love the gym is promoting eating healthy.”

“I’ve seen these around but never actually tasted it so hopefully its good and I am looking forward to trying it later.”

“I often have yoghurt and granola for breakfast, so I will definitely eat this, thanks!”

Partnership Manager for GLL in Waltham Forest, Daniel O’Connor said “We want people to feel healthier whenever they leave our facilities and the partnership with the Work Perk x Kefir allows us to distribute free yoghurt as a post workout treat to help the health and well-being of our valued members.”

If you want more information on Keir it is based on the traditional 2000-year old recipe that Kefir yogurts are produced through the fermentation of high-quality British milk with an authentic blend of billions of live kefir cultures and real fruit. Key points in addition to it being high protein is there is no sugar added, it is a source of calcium and suitable for vegetarians.

Kefir describe it as “Biotiful Kefir Yogurt is deliciously creamy, naturally high in protein and a source of calcium and vitamins to support your immunity. Ideal for the whole family to enjoy at breakfast, or as a healthy snack. It can improve gut health as Biotiful Kefir Yogurt is a source of calcium which contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes. It can support the immune system too as Biotiful Kefir Yogurt is a source of vitamin B12.”
