At Leytonstone Leisure Centre and Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre we are supporting the Growing Well Study to conduct their research into what helps children grow well.  

If you are a Waltham Forest resident and a parent or guardian of a child whose age is 6 months to 4 years old, then you can earn up £50 in shopping vouchers by supporting this academic research.

What's involved:

• Short online survey 
• Local appointment (height, weight, tummy) 
• 3 daily food records 
• Repeat after 1 year + free dental check
