Based on your feedback we are delighted to announce we will be adding three more female only fitness classes.
From the 29th September we will have the following additional classes
09:30- 10:15 - Step Aerobics
Coordination and total body fitness Step it up and get in great shape. A motivational class using a platform and fast music for a high intensity workout. It’s so much fun, you’ll forget you’re working out!
10:15- 11:00- Box fit
Strength training, arms and total body conditioning. Combining boxing moves with invigorating aerobic exercise to give you a great all-over workout, our Boxfit classes are ideal for boosting your cardio fitness. Work out in a safe and non-competitive environment and achieve your fitness goals.
12:00- 12:45- Aqua Aerobics
Low impact, mobility and total body conditioning. Get a full-body workout in a fun and friendly environment with our Aqua Aerobics classes. Feel all the benefits of a cardio workout without putting any stress on your joints.
