Manchester Basketball Teams Progress To The Playoffs!!
We are thrilled to announce that both the Manchester Basketball Men’s and Women’s teams have secured their places in the Super League Basketball League playoffs! This outstanding achievement is a true testament to their relentless dedication, exceptional teamwork, and sheer passion for the game.
Throughout the season, our teams have shown resilience, focus, and unity on and off the court. Every training session, every hard-fought game, and every moment of persistence has led to this well-earned opportunity to compete among the league’s best. It’s a proud moment for the club, the players, the coaching staff, and our entire community of supporters.
The Men’s and Women’s teams have consistently demonstrated the power of collective effort. Their success is not just about individual talent but about the chemistry and spirit that come from working together toward a common goal. From sharp defensive plays to dynamic offensive drives, each athlete has played a crucial role in pushing the team forward.
Now, as they prepare for the next chapter in their journey, we want to wish them the very best of luck in the quarter final matchups. The quarter finals will take place at the National Basketball Performance Centre, Belle Vue Sports Village on Monday 5th May with the men tipping off at 5pm. The women will be travelling to Scotland to face the Caledonia Gladiators on Sunday 4th May at 4pm.
We know they will rise to the occasion with the same intensity and determination that brought them this far.
