Moss Side Employee of the Month!

At Moss Side Leisure Centre we love to celebrate our members of staff, so each month we nominate our stand out staff member and reward them with gift vouchers. 

The employee of the month award is nominated by all the staff at the centre and is based on work ethic, attitude, professionalism, just all the things you would expect from a model employee. 

Freya Courtney won May Employee of the month. Freya has helped the centre by delivering excellent customer service, and turning her hand to anything to help the centre out in any way that she can, including taking on Gymnastics sessions in the abscence of the usual coaches. Some feedback which Freya has received from our recent mystery shop is: 

"Freya was the swimming instructor, and she was very positive about my son's performance in the lesson. I observed her speak appropriately with the children, and she ensured my son was feeling well after bumping his head slightly after
swimming a backwards paddle. She made the lesson fun, included different swimming games and assisted my son in jumping in as he was nervous at the
end."

Well done, Freya. Keep up the great work and continue to be the valuable asset to the team you always are.
