Venue Confirmed to be the Manchester Regional Arena
The 2024 edition of the Outdoor Championships makes a return to the northwest, having hosted the event since 2020, and the event will act as the highly anticipated Trials for the Olympic Games with athletes competing for places on the team heading to Paris in July and August, as well as a number of GB & NI’s leading para athletes preparing for the Paralympic Games, so it is an event not to be missed.
Strategic Lead for Major Events and International Relations at UK Athletics, Cherry Alexander said, “We are pleased to be working with our stakeholders in Manchester to host the UK Athletics Championships once again this year. The Championships are always a special event for athletes, coaches, Clubs and everyone involved in the sport, so we cannot wait to bring high-quality athletics back to the north of England in the summer of 2024.”
