Half Term Recap

Last week was half term here at Gosforth Leisure Centre and we had so much going on!

We asked all of our swimmers what they enjoyed most about the centre and had responses such as: 

• 'Diving and doing front crawl'
• 'Swim safety'
• 'Catching the sinkers'
• 'It helps me feel energised, staff very helpful & accommodating - I swim for the feel good factor'
• 'Jumping in'
• 'Making friends'

We played a game of fitness bingo with the first to do all exercises as part of a fitness class was the winner!

We let our wonderful customers design their own workout based on their favourite exercises - this went down an absolute treat!

We added extra Swim for All and Family Fun Swim sessions through the week for our local families to come and enjoy a splash session with our brand new floats and toys.
