We’re delighted to announce that to start the summer we’re holding another of our open weekends, here at Newcastle Trampoline Park & Gym.

On Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th July, we’ll be offering a range of free fitness activities for adults to showcase what we have to offer every week.

If you’ve never visited us before this is the perfect time to come in and see what our centre has to offer. Whether you're new to the area or have always been curious about joining our community, we'd be thrilled to show you around the centre.

Our sports Centre is all about promoting health, fitness, and well-being for individuals and families of all ages and abilities.

We have our main gym, women only gym, junior gym times and fitness classes for all. With a variety of instructor led group exercise classes and instructor appointments available for you to get the most of your fitness journey.

Please see below for a timetable of the free fitness events we’ve programmed for the weekend to get the summer off to a great start.

All activities will be subject to a booking system and all slots must be booked. 

What do I need to bring?    

Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for all classes and activities; all equipment is provided. Please make sure you bring a towel and water with you.  
    
What if I have a health condition?   

Please make sure you let the members of staff know about any health conditions prior to activity.    
 
What if I have never been before?    

If you're new to any of the activities or unsure about using certain equipment, feel free to ask one of our staff members. We’re here to guide you. If you’re using the gym or taking part in any physical activities, please ensure you’ve warmed up first. If you need guidance, our fitness instructors are here to help.    

Slots will be available to book from the 12th July

*Non-members can participate by creating a free account via the app or online at https://bookings.better.org.uk/register, then simply booking an available open day activity. 

If you have any questions prior to the event, please feel free to pop into the centre and have a chat with one of the team. 
 
What should I expect from each class/activity? 

Open Day Gym Taster Session 

  • Duration: 60 minutes 
  • Description: Kickstart your fitness journey with a free trial of the gym. Staff will be on hand to demonstrate machines and advise on the best ways to achieve your fitness goals. 
  • Note that inductions will not be required - T&Cs will be agreed to at the point of booking. Staff should be on hand to assist customers 

Open Day Strength and Conditioning Masterclass 

  • Duration: 45 minutes  
  • Description: Build muscle and feel better with our Strength and Conditioning classes. Experience great, motivational group exercise classes that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body. Experience a few of the disciplines in this Strength and Conditioning Masterclass. 

Open Day Mind and Body Fitness Masterclass 

  • Duration: 60 minutes  
  • Description: Feel better inside and out with our Mind and Body group fitness classes. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes and feel revived and relaxed with our mindfulness-focused sessions, such as Yoga which you can experience here as part of this Mind and Body Masterclass.
