What's on at Walker Activity Dome?

Walker Activity Dome is now open throughout the week for various activities! Please see everything we have to offer below: 

Outside Football Pitches 

We have 10 x 5 a side pitches and 1 x 11 a side pitch her which can be used for all football and outdoor sports. Bookings can be made through www.playfootball.net at very competitive rates! 

You can book for casual games with your mates or join our league which is due to start in the next few weeks. 

Indoor Sports Hall 

We have a stunning 8 court sports hall inside our dome shaped building suitable for a wide range of activities. We have recently held Roller Derby events, large scale boxing events and regular hires for many sporting activities!

Squash Courts

We have two squash courts with viewing galleries available to book through the Better UK App. We are one of the very few squash court providers in the North East!

Badminton & Table Tennis 

We have 8 fantantastic badminton courts in our sports hall and one table tennis table which can be booked using the Better Uk app. 

Birthday Parties 

We now have a range of birthday parties available: 

Multi Sport Parties & football parties - available on Saturdays between 10:00-12:00 & 12:30-14:30

Bounce and Soft Play Parties - available on Saturdays between 10:00-12:00 & 12:30-14:30

Disco Parties - available throughout the week

Room Hire 

We have some fabulous rooms available for hire including our multi activity room, community room and large multi function room. Contact us on walker.leisure@gll.org for more information 

Toddler World!!!!

We are delighted to announce that we will be introducing Toddler World to Walker Activity Dome! Toddler World will be available every Friday 3pm-6pm and every Sunday 9am-12:30pm starting in April!

With a mixture of soft play equipment and our brand new bouncy castle there will be all the fun a toddler needs!
