Better Gym Sleaford’s fitness class timetable is getting a makeover!
We will have new classes launching the week commencing 14th of August with the headliner being Junior Circuit Training!
Junior Circuit Training is an effective full body workout specifically for 11-16 year olds, it targets all the major muscle groups in only 30 minutes. A great way to keep healthy and stay fit. Junior Circuit Training is free when you are a Junior Gym member adding even more value to your membership!
Junior Circuits runs from 4pm-430pm on Wednesdays.
We also have added in "basic" classes, these classes are designed for those who are just starting their health journey, those who have been out the game a little while or those who do not want high impact. Whilst all our classes cater to all ability levels, basics classes are designed to be gentler.
Basics classes run on Tuesdays 10:15-11:15 (Aerobics Basics) and Thursday 10:15-11:15 (Body Conditioning Basics)
We have also increased some of our class times from 45 minutes to 60 minutes to allow you more of that special class time.

Remember we offer many different class types, we run high intensity classes like HIIT, Aerobics, Power Pump and Combat. If you want something slower we offer Pilates, Yoga and Aqua Aerobics and as always we have our fantastic Group Cycle dotted throughout the week

We are also offering refocus sessions in the gym so if you feel you want a change in your workout routine let us know and we can spice up your regime and teach you lots of different exercises. To book a refocus session just come into the centre and speak to a member of the team who would be more than happy to help.
