Summer Open Weekend 19th and 20th July
We are delighted to announce that we are running an open weekend this summer on the 19th and 20th July.
Whether you're a first-time visitor or someone who has been curious about joining our community, we're thrilled to show you what we have to offer. Our Fitness Centre is all about promoting health, fitness, and well-being for individuals of a range of ages and abilities.
We offer a wide variety of facilities and services, including:
- A large range of Gym equipment
- Group Fitness Classes (like Yoga, Cycling, and Strength)
- Personal training services to help you meet your fitness goals

Open Day Adult and Junior Gym Taster Session
Description: Kickstart yours and your child's fitness journey with a free trial of the gym. Staff will be on hand to demonstrate machines and advise on the best ways to achieve your fitness goals.
Open Day Cardio Masterclass - Group Cycle
Description: Get your Heart pumping with our fast-paced, high-energy Cardio classes. These Group Fitness classes are a great way to stay healthy and have fun while doing it.
Open Day Mind and Body Fitness Masterclass - Pilates
Description: Feel better inside and out with our Mind and Body group fitness classes. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes. Feel revived and relaxed with our mindfulness-focused sessions.
Open Day Strength and Conditioning Masterclass - Legs Bums Tums and Body Conditioning
Description: Build muscle and feel better with our strength and conditioning classes. Experience great, motivational group exercise classes that'll hekp yo0u strengthen and condition your whole body.
What to bring
1. Appropiate clothing and footwear

3. Sweat towel if needed
Speak to a member of staff or instructor if you have any health concerns and they will be able to guide and assist you through your class/workout.
Non-members
Non-members can participate by creating a free account via the app or online at https://bookings.better.org.uk/register, then simply booking an available open day activity. As part of the registration process, customers must agree to the activity terms and conditions, which include a signed waiver granting access into the centre.
