How long have you worked in the fitness industry? I have been teaching purely in the fitness industry since 2011. But I have taught dance in  Primary, Secondary, College and Adult Education for the last 20 years as well as private dance schools.

Why did you want to be a Fitness Class Instructor? I wanted to become and instructor because I wanted to turn my passion into a career.

Which is your favourite Fitness Class to teach? My favourite class to teach is Dance Aerobics because it combines my love of dance with hi-energy cardio increasing your heart rate and releasing those endorphins, making you feel fantastic.  The music is upbeat and funky too!

What do you like to do in your spare time? When I'm not instructing I enjoy walking in the lakes with my family and indulging in a swim and spa whenever I can!

What would your advice be to anyone thinkning about trying a Fitness Class? My advice to anyone wanted to try Dance Aerobics -  Would be TRY IT! You can do as much or as little as you like, it's fun, energetic and you are in good company.  Who doesn't like to have a good boogie! You can dance yourself to a healthier you.  You'll enjoy burning those calories dancing to your favourite tunes,  feeling revitalised and energised to face the day!
