Health Hydro's class of the month for April is Total Body Conditioning on a Thursday evening.

Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout.

Pete takes this class on Thursday aevenings starting at 7pm for 60 minutes.
