Family Fun Day Summer 2025!
Wantage Leisure Centre is opening its doors to the community for an Open Day during the summer holidays on Thursday 7th August. This event is running in collaboration with the Active Communities team from the Vale of White Horse District Council and is an opportunity to explore the centre’s facilities, try out different activities, and find out more about local opportunities to be active.
The event will feature a range of activities, from family swimming sessions and bouncy castle session to outdoor session on the pitch including football, netball and fun games. The Active Communities team and leisure centre team will be on hand to give information on local programmes and services such as YouMove and Move Together and membership options at the centre.

Equipment for sports sessions will all be provided so please ensure that you turn up with appropriate sportswear and footwear. Water refill stations are available at the centre and drinks and snacks for sale or bring along a packed lunch to eat in the seating area in the centre.
