Make a splash with our new Water Workout class – starting on the 20th May!

Get ready to dive into something new at Wantage Leisure Centre! We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new Water Workout class, starting May 20th. Whether you’re a fitness regular or just getting started, this class is perfect for any ability and open to everyone aged 16 and over.

Water workouts offer a full-body, low-impact exercise that’s gentle on the joints but tough on calories. The natural resistance of the water helps tone muscles, boost endurance, and improve cardiovascular fitness — all while reducing the risk of injury. Plus, exercising in water can help relieve stress, increase flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and energised.

Led by our friendly and experienced new instructor Astrid, this class is designed to make fitness fun and accessible. You don’t need to be a strong swimmer — just bring your energy and a smile. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, recover from injury, or simply try something new, Water Workout is a great way to stay active and healthy.
